An absolute hidden gem on the outskirts of Chicago, Sarkis’ specialty the Bacon Loretta with cheesy hash. Recovering from this meal had me at a loss for words. On a toasted grinder the crisp bacon is accented beautifully by diced peppers, tomatoes, and onions laid on top of cheese and mayonnaise, left me speechless. On the side a healthy portion of hash topped with melted cheese and Lawry’s seasoning tops off one of the better breakfast plates I have seen. -GM
